About us
Footworks was created by Alison Hagan, who has been building up her school and reputation over the past five years.
Most classes are street dance but she also teaches freestyle/disco, contemporary, jazz, modern, line dancing, Hoop dance, Cancan, burlesque, musical theatre and much more.
The main aim of the classes are to have fun and keep fit. Additional to that we offer examination sessions and competitions for those who want them.
Alison also runs childrens parties and workshops so please see the link to the left for more about that.
Alison is qualified with the IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association) and PMA (Prima Movement Academy) she is also a licenced Hoopgirl Instructor. She is insured and has an enhanced disclosure from CRB and has experience of teaching all age groups and abilities. We have a child protection policy which is available at anyone's request.
